Texas fine arts educators face unprecedented challenges due to the social distancing and school closures related to the coronavirus pandemic. To meet the needs expressed across the state, the CEDFA board of directors is announcing a new way to enroll for the CEDFA Online Learning Center. The Online Learning Center now allows enrollment using XLSX spreadsheets.

XLSX file column heading requirements are very strict for each registration information: Please enter these headings in Row 1 to help guide you - First Name, Last Name, Email Address. Email address is critical to sending registrant information on how to access classes and to receive their certificate on completion.

Below is a correctly set up form. Make a new entry for every registrant.

Remember that you MUST use Microsoft XLSX, not Google Sheets or other applications.

Registration by XLSX

Once correctly formatted, the System will upload the XLSX file and read it. It will notify the person if the number of registrations differs from the expected or entered number in slide Then the data will be entered into the CEDFA registration database pending funding.

Completing Registrations

Once the group is fully funded by either card, electronic check through Authorize dot Net, or invoice with paper check through the US Mail all registrations will be automatically entered into the CEDFA online system. CEDFA's online platform will then take over to issue and email invitations to participate to each registrant in your group or individual by June 15th. CEDFA's online platform will issue Certificates at the successful completion of each phase of the training.
